Our Christmas dinner will be at the Spokane Club, on our usual tasting date, the third Monday of the month. There are multiple courses, served with matching wine, of course. The theme this year is Italian.
We will start with passed appetizers and an Italian bubbly wine, Prosecco. Our second course will be a pasta with a pork based sauce paired with two white wines. The main course is steak with sauce and two red wines. Dessert will be chocolate.
